Description of problem
I have recently had to remove several members from my forum, however they have posted things that I do not want to disappear or be removed from threads, so I went in and made them inactive in the ACP.Is there a way to take inactive members off the public member list?

Re: Inactive Members On Member List
Hello,
Unfortunately no, I do not believe there is a way to do this (atleast not with options available in the admin panel, it could be possible with code maybe).

Thank you,
I hadn't thought of code. Not sure I want to mess with it and bring the whole forum down though. Maybe I'll brave it. XD

Re: Inactive Members On Member List
Hello @Biird and welcome to the English support forum,
My name is APE one of the staff here at forumotion and I will be happy to help you on this today.
When you have members that have made a post on your forum it is always a good idea to leave them members active so they don't find problems getting logged on your forum at a later date.
If the member is new and has never made a post on your forum and has never even activated their account then I would then just activate them on your ACP (Admin Control panel) This can help you with members that may not have got the Email to activate the account them self.
I would only deactivate a member if they are making problems on your site.
Kind regards.
APE.

Unless you know Javascript personally, I wouldn't try it. I would wait for one of the staff members or members who are good with code to reply and see what the say (as coding isnt my strong suite).
Also as Ape said, I really wouldn't de activate a member unless they specifically ask you to do so. Even if a member causes problems, you could just ban them, then they will be able to log in but get the banned message. This way they don't keep getting the incorrect password message and wondering why their password no longer works.
