Solved Lost Forum URL

Hello, I have lost my Forum URL as I have not been online in quite some time and I am now returning to forumotion. It seems my profile either did not save my forum URL or I did not previously enter it (it may not have been required at the time).

When I try to create a new forum, it says the email (which is the same one used by this account) is already registered to an existing user. It would be wonderful if I could have some assistance in its recovery.
