Allow HTML:

It was already allowed, but it did not work

There is 2 places you must enable html in, that is the admin panel and your profile.

To enable it in the admin panel go to acp (admin panel)-->General-->Messages and email-->Configuration-->Allow html-->Tick to yes and save.

To enable in your profile go to your edit profile (by clicking profie in the navigation bar), then go to 'prefrences', make sure 'always allow html' is set to yes.

Once both of these are done, you should be able to post html.

Yes, everything is enabled.
It stopped working after I switched to the Modernbb version

Go to admin panel..general...categories and forums ...choose the forum you want click modify and add the rules

can you give us a link of your forum that guests can see that alert please

we need to see what it looked like before so we can work out what is wrong.

Do you mean you can see the lines in the box ?

I see what your talking about now you are right no matter what you do the lines of the boarder shows up

I think this could be a bug I will make a report on this for you

I couldn't load your image cuz I got an 502 bad gateway error from Cloudflare.

This problem has been reported and I hope to get a reply soon.

The good news is this is a known bug and out tech team have been told about this.

Sadly Right now we have a lot of work going on and it has been out on the list to be fixed.

The bad news is we can;t give a time span of when this will be looked at but we have added a ticket number to your thread and I will move this to our tech forum

You can use CSS to hide the "border":

The error is from the ModernBB CSS uses
