cant spend my 500 credits

I have bought 500 credits AND the standard package on top of that however it refuses to let me spend the credits to remove ads (the forumation ad on the top) or use the credits for anything else really. im very frustrated from this. it only gives me the option to pay with paypal

So to pay for the ad to be removed i have to pay money? nice.

If i buy the optional add ons using credits is it just added to the monthly payment ontop of the premium package or do you guys atlest let people pay the premium package once per month and keep the add-ons permanently because no way in hell im paying 60$ a month

the monthlyization of a package can only be done via a paypal subscription. if you want to pay via credits, you'll necessarily have to use an annual purchase.

since you cannot guarantee that you'll have enough credit balance every month, only a paypal subscription can be used for the monthly payment. In addition, once the amount of the monthly payment has been fixed, it is impossible to modify it without breaking the current monthly payment (paypal limits), which is why you cannot use the credits to pay part of your monthly payment.

in any case, the package unlocks you access to a set of features. some of them, such as purchasing a domain name or removing ads, are not free. the package gives you the right to use them and you are free to use them or not after the payment of their additional price.

The question is. does adding things like storage space after paying for them with credits once you buy the premium package stay with it forever or does the premium package price per month change if you have those add ons

Who said something about free?

The features in each package will only be usable during the time you have the package activated.  Now when it comes to storage space, you will not be able to upload anything if you do not have an advanced or premium package if you have already used the storage space of the free package.  The things uploaded will be still accessible.
