Transferring ownership
Hi guys,
Sorry if I missed this in FAQ but I'm wanting to step down from running my site and would like to know how I transfer ownership to my administrator.
Cheers and thanks.

Re: Transferring ownership
Hello,
It's actually pretty simple. You change the email address and password in BOTH the utilities and founder account on the forum. Then you just give them the new login info.

Re: Transferring ownership
Sorry not to have replied earlier but I've been away on business.
No it's not resolved yet as I'm not sure how to find 'utilities and the 'founder' account. Neither is my administrator whom I wish to pass the site on to. So I'm afraid we need a little more help please!!!

Re: Transferring ownership
Hi guys,
I THINK I've managed to complete the transfer but I'm just waiting for confirmation from the new owner. I'll get back to you when he gets back to me.
Cheers.

Thanks. I've sent the link to the new owner and told him to take a look and post here if he can't figure things out.

If the new founder needs any help they must ask by making a new account on this support forum and then make a thread of their own.

Re: Transferring ownership
Hi there,
I'm hoping to speak to the new founder on Skype tonight to confirm he can access the founder account. Please bear with me.

Re: Transferring ownership
Hey all,
So, I'm stuck with an odd and rather sad problem.
The primary admin of my forum has sadly passed away, but with her gone I'm not sure if it's possible
to transfer ownership.
Any tips?
