Advance package problem

Couple of problems..

After resubscribing today to the advance package that didn’t auto sub on the 24th, I noticed that I was charged .10 more than usual. I’m also still getting ads on my site that I paid to have removed through the advance package. I was charged $5.70 for advance package with ads removed for members.

Some previous months history of $5.60 with ads removed....

You have subscribed to an advanced monthly package without deleting ads for 360 credits per month = $5.70

It is therefore normal that you have the ads on the forum because you did not choose to delete them when you set up your monthly package.

If you want to delete the ads, you will have to go through your admin panel > misc > spend credits > ads.

As far as prices are concerned, this is also normal. The price has increased slightly by a few cents since the implementation of your old package.

I guess I’ll just deal with it for the next 34 days. I will not buy an additional 500 credits just to remove ads that I’m sure I removed in the first place. This is all the result of my subscription not automatically renewing properly on the 24th. You can mark this as solved. Thanks..
