There is a duplicated line in CSS you may find it by Admin Control Panel -> Display -> CSS

ul.topics .row dd.dterm, ul.topics .row dt {
    padding: 9px;
}
Please change 9px to default one (9px 18px 9px 81px) or remove it from CSS
