New Member Receiving 'User Name Already Taken' Message
Hello!
I have a new member who is trying to register and they never rec'd the registration confirmation. When they tried again to register they are getting the message that their user name has already been taken. I have checked the member list and they are NOT listed. Please advise how to help them.

There are times when this happens. There is not really one reason why. It could be that there was a glitch in the registration process, a glitch in the system/server, etc.
