Forum Backup Help
My apologies in advance if I am posting this in the wrong area.
I have been in direct message conversation with skouliki who has since directed me to create a topic in the support forum thread. Essentially my problem is the following:
I am trying to access information that has been lost from an old site of mine called nationofjog.forumotion.com. I tried using my old email and pass in the founders tool section and was not able to get into the daily backups of the site.
I checked the admin panel on the forumotion site to see if the daily backups were even on; thankfully, they were. So, I am under the impression that backups of this site does exist. Either I forgot my password for the founders' tool section or am maybe thinking of the wrong email.
The email associated with that forum was removed from skouliki Additionally, I now notice that instead of the URL being nationofjog.forumotion.com, it is now https://nationofjog.board-directory.net/. Would perhaps changing the drop down menu in the admin panel to revert it back to the URL of nationofjog.forumotion.com solve my problem?
Thank you in advance for the help,
Jeff

Re: Forum Backup Help
Hello,
You can only access backups via the utilities, if you send me a pm with the e-mail you used to make the forum, I can reset the password for you.
