Problem removing ads.

Description of problem

When i create dmy forum i had the option to remove ads for credits, without a package:


So i went and bought credits...
And now those options are not available:


Please can you explain me why this happens and what to do to remove ads with my credits.

This replies to the second part of my question: "what to do to remove ads with my credits".
As I understand it is not possible to buy extra features without purchasing a package.

About the first part of my question: "why this happens"
I still don't understand why the possibility appears when you create a new forum, and then disappears.
It is misleading to say the least... some users could lose trust or even feel scammed.
It would be great if you can explain it.

Yes, I already understood that packages is the only option.

But when you create a forum, the option to buy time without ads is still there, and later disappears.
That was part of my question, just wondering if it is an error you will fix or what.

Anyway I already know what i wanted to know and happy that i only purchased the minimun amout.
So I will mark this as solved.
