Chat box constantly logging out after a few seconds

Hi,

On my site, link below, the chat box is unusable as it logs out in a few seconds. It's doing this for me, and for all the members who have attempted it. Thanks in advance for the help.

There has been an ongoing bug regarding this issue in the chatbox. Our team has been working to find a solution to the problem, but it has been taking time as it is a tricky issue to pinpoint.

As of now, aside from trying to clear your cache and cookies (which may or may not help) we don't have a solution for you at this time.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Yes that is what makes the bug so tricky to fix, it happens at random and stops just as randomly .

If it happens again, I would say just wait a bit and see if the issue corrects itself. At least until the team finds a fix for it.
