Ok for the life of me I can not figure out how to backup my forum I want a copy of the whole site , how do I go about backing it up please thanks in advance

I've read that , but doesn't tell me how to make a backup file I can save myself on my computer . I want a copy of my whole site settings and files and members .... Is that not possible . ?

So your saying I can't have my own file ? I realize that they save a monthly backup / restore . But I want my own copy
I used to be able to do it on other sites , and if paying , really , I should have access to it . But if I can't ok then np thanks
