Push notifications

Hello there, im not really sure if i can post this in this category, but im so lost..

Are we or are we bot able to activate push notifications for our mobile devices?

Like getting a push notification when someone has replied on a topic or a reply on a reply?

Like say, my friend and i have this roleplay topic, but we wont get any notification when the other has replied;;

I dont know ;;
I just want to get push notifications on my phone like
'user was replied on (this) topic'


I managed to get one push notifi telling me my test account has tagged me,
But i dont happen to always get this
What am i doing wrong?;;



This is what i got,
I installed that pwa thing, but why am i not getting push notifies now while i got it a few min ago?

Do i need to be online on the pwa?
Do i need to keep my pwa in mobile version?
Does my pwa needs to be open all the time?
Im so damn lost ;;

But like from the 10 messages, i only get a notification from 2 of them
I am watching the topic, i AM tagging myself with my test account
Im so lost..

Neither am i getting these notifications on my windows laptop..
