when was the last time you sent a news letter ?

it maybe that you have already sent a news letter and it is still pending to be sent.

Hello:
The last normal delivery was June 9th
And recently I couldn’t send mail successfully
The members have not received the letter notification

I assume your members have checked their spam folders as well to make sure the e-mail did not end up there?

Because it was not sent successfully
So there is no spam

Wait a minute! Do you have the premium package? If yes, before sending the newsletter had you reached the limit on the number of newsletter in a 30 day period?

Yes, I have a premium plan

I just tried the text format and can send mail normally
It may be that there is an error in the HTML format grammar
I'll test it next time and explain to everyone

ok I have just tested this and I have sent a New letter to my staff members and it worked fine.

Try and clear your browser cache and cookies and try again.

Also note that you must have at least 10 letters as your topic Subject.

If there is still a problem then I will be happy to ask our team to look at this for you.

It is indeed caused by HTML syntax errors
Now you can send emails in groups normally
