Questions about Publications

Apologize in advance if this is in the wrong section but for a while, I have been wondering what is Publications? how does it work for SEO? and if there are more places to share across social media since I have only seen it have two real options (Twitter/Pinterest) with this said any and all help will be appreciated to know what the main functions are for this feature.

Sorta answers it yes, but are publications supposed to be for new articles/blogging? and is there any reason why there isn't a share button for facebook?

I am going to move this to the correct section since it is in a way a support topic.

I can not remember the reason why there are only certain share options. I will try to locate the information.

So I changed the text inside the coding to "facebook":

Then the FB Icon automatically pops up on the publication:

But when I try to share the article it says "Invalid App ID: The provided app ID does not look like a valid app ID."

You need to check your facebook apps
Try this

Apps->Your App
Status+Review
Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public? -> Yes

I do not see those options.

you need to open your facebook apps , create the app you want

Yeah I did the process but that section is nowhere on the APP settings. Sad

Go to Display->Templates->Publications

Look for this coding:
