moderator questions?

Happy New Year!

Can I insert a moderator who does not have access to ADMpanel?

- or does that function not exist? Or is it only an editor who has access to the ADM panel that can be inserted on my forum?

- If a moderator role exists for a member, what can the moderator then moderate on?

You can create groups with whatever name you like. When you gave the group permissions that is where they see what you want them see and do. The group (administrator) that is created when you create the forum is the only one with access to the administration panel. You can also rename the administrator group.
