Description of problem

Hello there,

There seems to be an issue with my forum address updating, It has been updated to a customized domain name and unfortunately, all members are getting a message saying the site is unsecure and SSL Certificate is showing red. Please give us a helping hand, thank you!

I will open a ticket to our head office, since the weekend's the office is closed we will have news from Monday

There is no button there to have a look at that kind of thing, its just customized forum domain and the other setting, no SSL certificate section.
