twemoji problems continue?
Hi
twemoji problems continue?
Twemoji are installed on the forum so I don't know why some people still have problems with them?
I don't know if it's because people are using smartphone, instead of a computer?
Some members can see them and use them and others only get a white field instead!
"it is when I click on the little yellow face (twemoji) that the square - white without a single smiley - appears. So where all the smiley editions should be" - says a member!
I don't know if there is a solution to the members' problems?
With best regards
Paul David

Hello,
A possible cause of the problem has been found and a fix has been sent.
Can you please tell us if the problem still occurs ?

hello!
a member says yesterday that she succeeded twice by making twemoji on a laptop!
I haven't received any other answers yet from members!
Under the smilies on the right it says HTML is turned off! - What does this mean and should it be switched on?
and how do I possibly do this?

Good afternoon!
This means that users cannot post HTML code in posts.
It is recommended that you disable the ability to post HTML code in posts, as posting code can affect the display of the forum.
This feature does not affect the twemoji in any way.
AP - General - Messages and emails - Configuration - Allow HTML - Yes - Save.

Hello Paul,
You do not need to have html enabled for twemoji to work. As Tech Kardo mentioned there was some issue with the feature that they they fixed (or believe they fixed on the backend). The HTML being off is not the cause of your issue.
