Hello you can update your account right now to stop your account shutting down
When it tells you it has 0 days it is really the last day after today your account will go back to Free unless you pay again yearly or monthly.

as show as the screenshot I provided, the package not showing the button to pay or update the account, It only telling me that that is my current package, that's all.
And, some of the PREMIUM PACKAGE features is already stopped.

if you just click the package you want it will update its self if you have the credits already on your ACP

I have enough credits, and the problem is that, my package have no button to click, the button is replaced by "CURRENT PACKAGE" and can't find any others ways to click the package.

APE means clicking the whole premium box not the button.

Tried all the way that I can think of, to click the premium box.
And my own own advertisement is not showing out, hopefully I can get this solved fast, before my loss get bigger.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies?
Also, when was the exact expiry date of your Premium package?

I tried using opera, firefox, chrome, deleting the cookies, VPN and private mode.
I believe that the expired date is today since that is what showed.

I'm finally able to buy the Premium package just now, however, all the previous setting related to the premium package also need to be reset, and the ads function also somehow can't be disable and change to my own ads even though now I'm using on Premium package.
I will suggest that Forumotion need to at least let us buy or update the Premium package prior few days so all the setting can be remain and this situation can't never happen.

Most of the time you can update before hand
The system lets you update your package 2 weeks before there just looked to be a problem with your forum settings.
As for your ad's you must remove our ad's by paying for them to be removed then after that your ad's will be come live again in a matter of days

the ad's removing function is included in the Premium package right?
I still need to pay for remove them ? I believe last time I buy the premium package the ads was removed.
