Description of problem

Good evening,
Yesterday I had 0 credits. I decided to upgrade from the free program to premium / month. I chose to order via paypal and paid the corresponding amount. 600 was credited, but without changing to premium (as I had requested). Since yesterday I get the message "please wait".
Could someone help me?

The activation of a package subscribed via a monthly payment is not immediate and requires a waiting time that can sometimes goes up to several minutes. This waiting time is independent of the Forumotion will, but is necessary to receive the confirmation of the monthly payment from Paypal. In this case, a message reminds the administrator that a payment authorization request is pending with Paypal:

Yes, that's how I did it.
I was also reading the instructions during checkout.

It is required to launch the monthly subscription to the Premium package via the Packages page in the administration panel and more precisely by clicking on the button below.

It is not possible to subscribe to a package with monthly payment by acquiring separate credits (as here with the 600 credits).

So I haven't done anything wrong...
I'll try again in 2-3 days to see if the "please wait" message goes away.

Hello what The godfather is saying is you paid for credits for your forum using paypal.

This move was wrong if you want to pay monthly using paypal.

You don't buy credits for monthly payments you set up using the button on the Credits management >> Forumotion Packages >>
