Can't use credits for anything while on Free Package

Seriously, what's the point of buying credits on Free Package if you literally cannot use them for anything unless you already have a package subscription?
I just spent 26USD on credits trying to use it for a Premium Package + Customized Domain combo, but I can't use them for absolutely anything since I'm still on Free Package. I bought the credits SPECIFICALLY for trying to aquire the Premium Package.
So you're telling me I can use the credits for an annual subscription, but not for a monthly subscription? What the f*ck is this?
I have spent all the money I had planning for this and now I can't even f*cking use it. What an absolute shitshow of credit management.

I am afraid I don't see the problem, you can acquire the Premium Package, and then the services you need

What in specific are you trying to obtain? a customized domain name? is it the case?

I just saw other topics that had the same issue I had. Literally several of them. There's just no way this is still working like this and no one did anything yet.

Whoever thought on making the credits available to use only for an annual subscription, congratulations. Your plan is working like a charm.

I have 1960 credits available on my Forum. I was going to buy the Premium Package (760) + Customized domain (1200): Total 1960.

The MAJOR thing they barely even mention decently, is that you can't use your own damn credits for acquiring the monthly subscription (surprisingly, you can use it for an annual subscription WOW AMAZING).

Now I have 1960 credits for absolutely nothing as you can't do sh*t on the Free Package.

Yes please, I want the Premium Package with the ads disable for both members and guests. I will still need the remaining 1200 credits for buying the custom domain later.

Alright, so the credit value will be added on my PayPal wallet (I used credit card for this) to use it again? Thanks again.
