Posts on the right side of the forum

Hello, I have a new problem regarding the posts on the right side of the forum, how could I post any post I want on the right side of the forum like the example below?

if you mean to change position to the post profile then go to the admin panel....general...forum... configuration
Profile position in the messages : Left or Right

they don't appear on my profile at all, I don't know how to make them appear

maybe i did not understand your question well in the first place
If the screenshot you provide shows a profile with default and custom fields then please read these tutorials
The advanced profile
Personalized Profile fields / Warning System

If the screenshot you provide shows widgets then read these tutorials or specify to us what exact widget it is 
Forum widgets

keep in mind we can not copy other forums' layouts or personalized additions without the permission of the owner

This is a forum page, I mean how can I make it appear on the right side of the forum page categories as in the image below with what I want.

Those are widgets.

I did the above steps in the widget and they don't appear at all on the right side, they appear on the left side and they don't appear at all on the right side, they disappear permanently.

Go to admin panel forum widgets and make sure you have the correct settings

Display forum widgets :Yes

Width column 1 (left) :0
Width column 3 (right) :180

0 is for hiding the column

Now they appear on the right side but appear at the bottom of the page
