Can we limit members to certain sections

Description of problem

Is there a way to make someone a member because we don't allow guests/have it public, but limit the sections of the forum they can visit (read/write)?

Yes, I know that. I was wondering if there was a way to limit the areas they visit. I see I can create groups, so I will have to do it that way. Some will be simply be set as "members" with limited access and the "group" I'm creating will have full access. Though I dont think that will do what I want.

Yes you can do that by making groups
Example
Members will be members with 10 posts
Members plus will be members with 11 posts up to 30 posts
Members plus extra will be members with 31 posts up to 50 posts
