Facebook Scripts

First of all let me thank you for providing a fine service, but I am in desperate need of your assistance.

I am a complete newb to asking for help so if this is in the wrong section I humbly appologise.

Right now to the point. Trying to get the Facebook thingy working where you can associate your FB account with your Forum profile, etc. I have followed all instructions carefully and by placing this code: https://help.forumotion.com/t73698-facebook-connect

as shown the facebook buttons came up nicely, they werent there before. So I must have done something right, now the question.

I have created the App on Facebook and linked it back to the Forum, so that if I use the App it does indeed produce the forum in Facebook that people can view, but the login from the Forum side produces an error.

You can also not associate your Profile with FB account, HELP PLEASE.

My Forum Runs on PHPBB2 and the url is http:www.ifca.highforum.net, our site hasbeen going since 2007 and is the leading in it's category for a while already.

If you can look into this and help me out I will be more than appreciative, thanks guys, lol you must seriously laugh at my stupidity! Sorry

I'm not too sure about this feature as I personally don't use it.
Have you tried first connecting your two accounts via your profile preferences via profile in the nav bar?

You know i honestly do not trust facebook for asking for your phone nuber or credit card.
I think it's a load of garbage and nothing more then information gathering... HAHAHAH LOL

Did everything as is in the code sections etc, yes linked all.

If I click the app in Facebook , then it brings up my Site (working 100%)

but for the rest I am absolutely stuck lol HELP
