Storage space dropped to 20mb for no reason

Hi, our forum https://projecthospital.forumotion.com has paid premium package, but from no reason (no changes were made in settings, etc...) the storage space dropped to 20mb (should be 2GB). Could you help me please?

Hello,

The technical team will investigate as soon as possible because it seems to be really weird.

On my side, I don't see the same information (but only 1 Go and not 2 Go) :

Thanks ... I forgot to mention that after this issue occurred, I increased the storage space manually (for some credits we had) to avoid problems with our users, but it didn't help either.

Hi, just a reminder ... it's more than 24h and we're still waiting for some help or solution ... we use the forum for support of our game and without attachments it's quite useless.

Also bare in mind they have many issues to look into across many forums, plus the development of new features, etc. And as Jucarese said they are working on a skeleton crew, which is working from home, so it things take a bit longer to get done sometimes.
