The storage space on my forum seems to be restricted to 20 Mb, can you help Question

Yes, I found that first, but there wasn’t much info on a resolution.

I’ve tried multiple devices and browsers as well as clearing cache a cookies to no avail I’m afraid

Wait a minute! It says you have 128 mb storage, but it is used. Have you or your members uploaded many photos?

I believe if you use memory, but then downgrade your package, the files won’t be lost?
I assume that’s what happened when the memory reduced?

Yes, there’s quite a few photos in galleries

Having an active advanced package means you should have get up to 500mb of storage, of which you have only used 128mb, so I still think there is a problem somewhere.
