Issue with Credits

Hello,

I purchased 2K credits so I can enable the advanced package feature to
my forum and remove ads. However, it’s only giving me the option to subscribe which would charge my credit card monthly. How can I enable the advanced package without subscribing and using the credits I already bought?

You can use credits to purchase an annual package, if it is not giving you the option it is possible you do not have enough credits for whatever package you are trying to select.

Can you provide a screenshot of the options you see in the admin panel, as well as the url to your forum?

Here is a screenshot. You can see I have over 2K credits available, but it is making me buy a subscription. In the past, I was able to buy credits and apply no ads to my forum without having to subscribe.

Have you tried clicking the little box that says 'Per Year' instead of 'Per Month'? That should let you do an annual package using your credits.

You need to click on per year to use your credits as we don't do monthly using credits this is only done by paypal.

Looking at your screen shot you only have 2340 credits this is not enough You need at least 3600 just to get your package (You can't remove ad's with a FREE package.)
You need 2920 more credits to get what you want.

You need a total of 5260 credits every year, This is for 1 year of advanced package and removing your ad's for members and guests (  No domain name included)
