Can't get in to my forum

Description of problem

I've been trying for the last 3 hours to get in to my forum. It keeps telling me that I don't have the right password or username. I've got this written down and I know I'm right. When I request a new password, it says it's been disallowed. I just want to get in to the Admin Board so I can close the forum. No one uses it anymore. Please, tell me what to do!! We need the forum CLOSED! Thank you.
