Didnt renew domain name

I had a domain name that I purchased through forum motion using credit but it ran out 3 weeks ago, I urgently need to get it back. can you let me know what I can do

Its saying its taken but surely I still own it, I havent had a renewal message?

same issue here. is it a case of tough luck?

I had no idea it expired and has gone past a cut off, but don't these things normally have a 30 day period?

Need to know if i can retain my domain (bought through you guys) or close the forum down. I would like to keep my domain it ran out on the 25 Jan 2013. what are my options.

I believe you would be out of luck (over a month has passed). You can try to purchase the same domain name, but I believe it might be unavailable. Forumotion can not guarantee a domain name, unless you book it before your domain name expires.

Edit: The problem is now solved. You should be able to renew your domaine name through administrative panel Very Happy

Something weird has happened, it as working last night now domain name has vanished and when I try and enter it again it says

The supplied domain name is not well configured
Your CNAME must redirect to : carplakes.clictopics.com

I cannot access CNAME ?
