What do you like the most in Forumotion?

Anyone have any other questions for us?

Do all the staff members have their own forum? 

I do, most of us do. I cant speak everyone though.

Exactly I have 2 forums.

I think that we all had a forum at one time or another, I believe it's how we all got involved with Forumotion.

For the staff, when you first joined the team, what was the hardest part of your job or what were you mostly nervous about when you first joined?

Learning what all the rules/guidelines were for my position.  Some were common sense, but others took sometime to learn.

I agree with SLGray, learning the rules and knowing what you can and cannot do.. You don't want to screw up when your starting off as a a Moderator.

for me the problem was my English/ i think i manage to get better

You have!

Boy, that is a hard one James. Lets see, learning all the guidelines and rules was probably the 'hardest' part. Even those were not hard though, because they are mostly common sense.

Probably learning the structure of the reviews. I had previous modding experience before here, so it was mainly up to what the review actually includes and how it should be conducted.

Any other questions for us guys?

What's the reason behind the constant name change of the old Buttercup admin account?

It is the account for the Pro Admin.  The name changes when there is a new Pro Admin.

Exactly as Slgray said, that account is the pro admin account. Everytime we get a new pro admin, they take over the account and the name gets changed.

What were you first jobs?

Smith's Food & Drug as a bagger.

For me it was Subway (the sub restraunt for anyone outside usa who may not know what it is).

Helping the United States government with the census.

i was a personal assistant to the CEO in Allianz (insurance company)

Oh wow! That's some interesting first jobs.

A, My first real job after school was making Bottles in a factory for hospital's
Then i moved on to working for the news papers (Print)
Now working for virgin mobile Tech department.

A, what did i find hard about when i become staff here ?
Getting to know how to use all the little tools for the support team and the rules and tell you what I picked it up fast but today I still look over staff rules when im not sure

Well my folks have 2 cats. I also grew up around cats and owned a couple fish as a kid.

I have had dogs, a cat, and a duckling.

Do you enjoy reading in your spare time? If so, what is your favorite book?

I used to love to read to alot in my spare time, unfortunatelly now the internet and games dominate whatever free time I have. I do have a fews books though, I just dont read them anymore sadly.

When I did read alot I loved science fiction, fiction and even some none fiction books.
