Forums not loading

First I want to apologize if this is not the right place but every forum I try to connect to is not opening. I can access only my forum which is on paid domain name.  

For example I can load this address - http://www.deeper-than-blood.com/

but not this one - http://tiarabooks-official.bulgarianforum.net/
or this one - http://sedai.forumsline.com/forum
or this one - http://vampire-ladies.forumotion.com/

and so on with various different forums.

The picture below shows that I see when I try to load a different forum.




Can you please tell me what's wrong? I had to enter this support forum through a proxy server so it can load for me to post this.

Do you know what the screenshot says? I don't speak greek.

It's not Greek. It's Bulgarian.

It's says Page cannot load. Server cannot load. Check the forum address, etc. In general it just says that the site is not loading.

I tried to delete cookies and cash memory and it still not loading. Though they load through proxy servers. It is how I now I access this support forum.

You said your forum is fine.... wierd, have you tried using a different browser?

Yes. I didn't load. But all is fine now. I don't know what happened but all of a sudden everything is loading. Weird.
