Nofications not being received

I have a few members who are receiving notifications when they are tagged in the group. I am speaking of when you use the @Lila for instance.
How can I fix this up so they will receive them? ty

Do you mean by email or by the toolbar? Have they checked to make sure they have it set in their profile to recieve notifications for it? Ask them to check in the notifications or prefences section of their edit profile for this.

in the toobar. yes I have checked their profile and they are set to receive notifications

I think some the settings only they can see, did you check from the admin panel or did they give you their account details.

Have you tried reschronizing their profiles? To see if this helps?

Another thibg you could also try, is un ticking the setting, saving, re tick it, save and see if this helps.
