Issues with members reporting our website rather than individual users...
Is there any way that we can create a pop-up message for reporting the forum itself so people know that they're reporting the forum rather than individual members? Our site has been accidentally reported a few times when people were trying to report members for spam, trolling, etc.
My forum version is PunBB.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Make a thread on your forum saying how to use the report a members post

Hello,
What do you mean by 'reported the forum'? Do you mean they made a report via the 'Report an abuse' link at the bottom of the forum? If so, don't worry, any report made via this link ONLY goes to the Administrator(s) of the forum, a copy does NOT go to forumotion. The only way to report forums to forumotion is via the litigation tool, which you would have to be trying to be in the litigation tool to do it, so there would really be no accidental reporting via this method.
If you recieve a report via the report an abuse link, look into it, if it is valid take the apprioate action then mark it as completed/done, if it is not valid, just mark it as completed/done as well and continue on.
To provide clarity to your users on how to report indiviual posts/members, you could write a tutorial, saying how to report posts/users as Ape said above.
