ads cover login

Hey, we've bought the "ad free for members" feature, but our members need to log in first before the ads are eliminated. The price for cost free for members and guests is, at least for now, a bit cost prohibitive for us. However, over the last few days, we've gotten members who have reported problems with ads covering the login and making it impossible for them to log in. Sometimes it is relieved by multiple refreshes, but I had the same issue myself one day last week where an ad that looked like it was at least 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 square was covering the log in. Is there a way to make sure the ads are banner size that actually fit the boards so members/guests can log in? Thanks!

Re: ads cover login
Our Forum has these Ad problems covering the Log In and also we can't load any photos now. I'm not sure where to post anything anymore, so I hope this is the right place.

Advert placement
I've noticed some rather odd placing of adverts recently.
This morning the forum had logged me out, when I went to log back in, I was faced with this rather useful ad.
I use a standard skin hoping to avoid this sort of thing
http://freeman-cruisers.forumotion.co.uk/
This was on an iPad, I tried it with a few different browsers and found the same result.
Regards
Pat

Re: ads cover login
Hello,
I think we have already reported this banner. However I need information to confirm this or even to inform the provider o this banner that his ad is defective.

Re: ads cover login
Hi,
I'm located in the UK
Not sure how to right click on an iPad
Following the ad takes me here http://adv-sao.gamesprite.me/register?pn=1&sp=115&ss=T1&ts=25663_
Using the classic version rather than mobile (but I guess you can tell that from the screenshot provided)
Hope that helps

Re: ads cover login
This problem seemed to have been resolved yesterday afternoon/evening, but this morning one of our Forum users has a large immoveable banner ad over the login screen.
The forum address is http://vulps.forumotion.com
She's on a mobile, and both Safari and Chrome are behaving the same.
I'm on a laptop using Chrome and everything looks normal to me. Everything looked normal to her and everyone else yesterday, as well - after the problem of redirection to multiple ads was solved.
This is what she can see ...

Re: ads cover login
I am also dealing with the same problem. Though, considering I do this all on the Wii U (ik ik 'WHAT EVEN GET A LAPTOP OR A PHONE' i can't alright) it dosen't exactly cover it up, it is under the login so I have to be careful not to click it cause of my big fingers. It gets frustrating and its happening on every forum I go on.
Re: ads cover login
Hello everyone,
This ad problem is only happening in the UK at the moment. The best thing we can do is wait until the providers finally fix this issue. It's nothing we can do here. We also are waiting on this fix for all of you and we are waiting on some more news for you.
Thank you for being patient and sorry for the trouble.

I'm still having the same issue with the same banner I reported earlier.
Another of my members reported it last night, although it's a UK forum, he's in the US.
Awaiting details from him.

Re: ads cover login
Hi Leviosa
Obviously this is a problem for a lot of people, but my forum is brand new and I'm having guests visit and no one is registering because they can't. The advert is blocking them, as you can see from the image below:
This is causing me to lose potential members to my forum before I've even had a chance for the forum to get going.
When you say you will transmit all of these right away, would you have to deal with each member's forums individually? Can you give us some idea how long it may take to fix this, please?
My original information about this is about the middle of the previous page.
This is my forum, http://asd-buildingbonds.forumotion.co.uk.
Best wishes
Toshiro
