Problem for new member

Can someone help this person cannot register this is what they keep getting.

Do you have captcha enabled?

If so, try temporarily disabling it temporarily so that the user can register more easily to see if that helps.

Okay i see this before now the member needs to fill in all the things with a * on them then click save then it will take the member to a page like this
They then have to click the Verify Button about 3 or 4 times then Click Save

I changed the forum Unauthorize subscriptions made with the most commonly used spam usernames. : with no success any other ideas. I am also not getting the Verification code under the confirm password line.

Exactly switch it to no and press save, then switch it back to yes and press save.

What is your forum address ?

Still no success some one mentioned "captcha" what is that maybe I can try that.

Have you modify anything recently?  The reason why I ask is that the confirmation image does not appear.

I don't remember doing any thing to it recently.

I think that is the problem nothing shows up in that box.

OK so I found "See your forum's basic CSS" section I copies and sent it to you though PM not sure if this is what you are looking for. The spot you showed me to look for my CSS is blank.

Have your made any change to your Templates ? it looks to me you have some parts missing when you make an account.

ACP >> General Tab >>   Forum >> Configuration >>  Forum on holiday NO >> Save

Then:
ACP >> Users & Groups Tab >>   Users >> Users options >> Allow new members : YES then Save

if that don't work then i will have to make a report about it to our head office as a bug or you could send a PM to me on here With a test account with admin powers so i can look over your forum settings my self if thats something your happy to do then Send me a PM with the username and password of the test account. (If you have one)

they already say no and yes on each of those, I will send you by PM a test link for admin. Thanks
