Solved Help - members are not recieving newsletter.

Good afternoon,

I am still having problems.

My forum is : http://cesar-evora.sitio-web.org/

I have 40 members and only one has received the newsletter that I sent out last night Dec. 21st 10:00 pm
and then again this morning Dec. 22nd 8:34 am it is now 2:53 pm

I have asked the other members to check their mailboxes but nothing.

Please help.

Do they have the yes box checked to receive newsletters in their profiles?

You can not check it.  Each member have to check it themselves.

Profile > Preferences
Allow newsletters:
