Sorry, but many of us need help right here in Europe, today. Inevitably, that's why they set up a new Arena (?!) for guys like you suffering just minor issues ...

make sure you are using the password you used to create the forum and email
if yes please try to clear your cache and retry

Everyone is allowed to request help on whatever support forum they want as long as they can speak the language of that support forum. The user's english is ok and understandable.

Did you try click "I forgot my password" to reset it?

Just bare in mind that if you changed your password on your forum it WILL not change on servimg. The password would still be the original password you used when you created the forum.

Also I have removed the links to the screenshots that contained your email address fkr safety and security reasons.
