Description of problem

I have an admin who can't add chatbox keeps disappering and another admin who can't finish the backgroud both said it is either the coding or setting need help. with this or these problems

Are you adding the chatbox to your toolbar? what code do you use?
what is the issue with the background ?can you give us more details or screenshots

I don't know if my admin is adding the chatbox to the toolbar is there a certain code I need?? Do I need to close my forum and start over?? and the background won't post

This is what my admin said.....you need to find someone familiar with all the code as there is a problem that will not let Dianne finish a skin or me add a chatbox. I have added chat boxes to several sites now and yours is the only one that will not work. There is definitely a problem. I had it up and then a few hours later it was gone. I have not been able to re add it again. I have changed emails and started from scratch 4 times now. There is something in the code or the settings. I am not familiar enough with all this to find errors. You need to go to the help board.

Maybe the code you used is out of date thats why iam asking which code you used so we can check it

If your admin is not using any code for the chatbox then what is happening ? Did you turn on all the settings from admin panel?
Are you referring to an outsourced chatbox? 
What background you mean ? Forum background ? Chatbox background?

Do you mean the default chatbox?

Yes it is a outsource chatbox.

can you give us the link or the code? of that chatbox

Admin does not know code or have link I have no idea what she did. All I know is she said it was the way I set up the forum can you look for me??

Could it be that the chat is in a widget for the forum? I see you have no widgets set up on your indexpage..
If so you need to activate the forum widgets, you can find it here:
Administration Control Panel>>Modules>>Forum widgets management

Or from what you just posted it looks like it's in a HTML page

That is a chatbox. The problem is some setting you have in your site and until you figure that out you can't have completed skins or a chatbox and other things as well. i don't what I did with my settings.
