Unwanted Advertisements When Viewing As A Guest

Description of problem

Hello

I thought this problems had been resolved but I cannot work out why

I received a tweeted complaint from a well known UK Weather forecaster who enjoys my screen captures. However they would like these adverts to be blocked as these adverts have nothing to do with them. I had to apologise to them and need this cleared up.

Screen capture 2 Admin panel shows that I have switched off the advert feeds


I hope this can be resolved quickly so that I can advise the tv personality that it has been blocked. I don't want to get a bad reputation from tv personalities, as they know that I have been doing screen captures over a number of years with no complaints.

Those are not traffic exchange items.  Traffic Exchange is only links to other forums hosted by Forumotion.

Those are ads.  The only way to remove ads is by using the Forumotion Packages (advanced or premium).

Any advice about upgrading would be most appreciated Has anyone else upgraded their forums yet
