Forum is Not Listed in Web Search

Hello! Newbie here!

RE: EmergencyHomePrep

I developed my discussion forum, yesterday. If I try to do a web search for the name or address of my forum by searching for 'EmergencyHomePrep or EmergencyHomePrep.forumotion.com, it is not listed in the web search results.

I CAN access the forum via this link: http://emergencyhomeprep.forumotion.com/ .

I'm just wondering how folks will find the forum. Thank you!

If you just created the forum, it will not appear in serach engines the same day or the next day. It takes time to index your forum. You can help the process by sharing content from your forum on social media. Use the share button and links on your forum.

Thank you! Sorry about the wrong placement of my question. I did read your rules & thought I had it in the right area. :-/ I'll work on getting the site 'out there' for searches! -rm

It is a good move to add your site to google and Bing you can do this in 2 ways

Please note that google takes about 2 weeks to index your site and the more you have open to the public the better it is.

Google will look over your forum about 6 to 12 times a day and see the activity of you, Your members and your posts and then place you up the page as you get more busier.
