please help domain name expiry

My forum spiritualinspiration.org the domain name has expired I have always had it renewed for free, my activity has been slow this year, but there are good reasons why which I can pm, please could you restore it and I will save to purchase a package next year, thank you

Please change the title of your topic to something that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

If your forum's activity has been slow, the free domain offer will not appear. Also do you have advanced or premium package?

sadly if your forum is now not as active then your free domain name will not be offered to you again you must keep your forum active for your offer to become live each year.

sadly we do not always offer this free domain name for ever it could just be a one off or you may be picked for 1 more year but sadly your forum is no longer that busy so the free domain is no longer an offer to you.

Also what happens to the forum itself if I can't afford it? Is it deleted? I have run this forum for many years now will I lose everything?

The package cost 3600 credits / year that is £37.50 Then you must buy the domain name after that and that cost 1200 credits at a cost of £19 for one year

No you will not loose your forum you will only loose your domain name
your forum will be on your old forum address before you made the change to your free domain name.

my advice is to send a news letter out to all your members and make a post on your forum telling them your address will change to this address and date it of the change.
