Monthly payment
Hello Everyone
I have chosen the monthly payment to the premium package ,via paypal ,since April 15, 2018.
Until the day before yesterday, everything was ok.The problem is that the activation for this month is not confirmed in my ACP .
The payment done on Feb 15, 2019 (via paypal) and it is not activated yet the monthly premium package.
Please let me know if there a solution to this problem.

I would give it a day or two. It could take up to 48 hours to process. Especially since its the weekend.

it is the first time that happens. In the past, activation took place immediately after payment

In any case we can't do anything about it until tomorrow anyway, as our office is closed on weekends. Let's wait until tomorrow, if it still doesn't show as active by then I will make a ticket for you.

two things only ..
the first is that until now, in the monthly renewal, the ads for members and visitors were automatically deactivated. Now with this renewal it has not happened.
However, I will make a renewal of the domain in few days and fewer gredits above for ads will not be a problem.
the second and most important thing is that the time period that has been confirmed is above the monthly package. In this moment showing 54 days in my ACP instead of 30 days that would reasonably be for a month.
It may have been a mistake, and of course, I want the company of Forumotion not to be harmed from this or on the other side would not be right for me to have a profit for something I have not paid .
If there is some information about it, I am at your disposal.

Regarding ads deactivation, did you select to have it removed from members and guests in the little drop down box when you renewed this time?

No , because the little drop down box is not active and this is because the gredits are not enough this time for this choice.
Perhaps during the resolution of the problem there was some complication with the gredits for the ads and maybe this was part of the whole problem that was created.
In the past renewals of the package , the gredits were enough (via paypal) for deactivation and were automatically done because I had this choice from the ACP (the little drop box was active) and I had already pre-selected the deactivation for the ads because the gredits were obviously enough for it.

if the ad's was removed the first time when you first set the monthly system up then it would have just kept on doing the same every month..
when you had the problem and we fixed the problem maybe our head office did not see your account was set to remove ad's and did not re add that setting.
As for the time span on your account maybe the head office gave you more time to say sorry for the problem's you have.
@Brandon_g i would try and use the old ticket to talk to the head office again and ask them to read this thread also.

I am to my ACP right now and i see that the problem with the ads has been resolved. It is OK.
It was exactly as you say @APE ...the ad's was removed the first time when i first set the monthly system .

Yes I went back in the ticket to get the 2 things addressed.
Our head office has deactivated the ads for you now. They also say the 54 days thing was to make up for the delay that occured during the problem with the packages system.
They did ask me to remind you that your domain will expire in 11 days and that, that renewal is not included as part of the package.
