Domain renewal not happening

I am in big trouble, i purchased advanced package 3 weeks ago and reneiwed my domain, it usually takes 5-7 day to get the domain name renewal done. But mine is still not happening.

I'm not sure if you bought the package correctly. If you check you screenshot closely, it says you have the Free package. However, you have enough amount of credits to buy a Yearly Advanced Package. Remember that a domain name can be purchased once you have a package ongoing in your forum.

Make sure to click in the "Order your pack Advanced". Once you've done that you will be able to purchase the renewal of the domain name for 1200 credits.

Yes i tried doing that.. purchased advance package .. got the credits and then renewed domain, but m stuck, idk why it is taking so long.

@DadyKing I don't think I'm explaining right. In the screenshot you've shared with us, it says in the top of it that you have a Free package which means that a Premium/Advanced package hasn't been activated at all.

Therefore no domain name has been asked for renewal.

I purchased credit before my domain was getting expire, so i reneiwed my domain and got the message that it will be renewed in 7 days. After that didn’t got any message of renewal.

I tried again renewing my domain but it still asking again to purchase credit. Which i already have.

Can you help me put my domain back to panblaze.com instead of panblze.forumotion.com

Hello @DadyKing i have looked at your account and you have not paid for your package yet
If you look at your ACP it says at the top of your ACP it's in Free forum mode

See the red arrow at the top in my screen shot.

Now if you look at the bottom of the same screen shot you will see that it has got the button to click to add the package still.

once you click that button it will go to the next page.

once your package is set up then you can buy the domain name.

You can not buy the domain name without paying the full price for a package first.
once you have paid for the package it will show like this


You have 4050 Credits.
Your advanced package cost 3600
After you buy the package you will have : 450 credits
Domain name cost's :1200

You don't have a enough credits to do both package and domain name.

If you paid for your domain name before the package ran out or come in to place then you need to buy the package before your domain will come in to play again.

Right now you are still in free mode. so you domain name will not work until you by the package.

I tried renewing my package which i purchased credit, but now again its going to the payment page which i already purchased credit before. Can some one check n get the pakage renewal done from your side.
When i already have credit and m trying to renew my package its taking me to buy credit again n again

I never expected this from Forumotion, because of that packages problem, i might have lost my domain .. i was in asumtion that I purchased credit to renew my domain n package which it showed in my admin panel that it will be renewed in next 7 day.. 2-3 weeks ago.. n now i am following up its still the same. I didnt received any email regarding renewal. Guys please take this seriously.. this website was on forumtion for more then 7 years and now i have to face a big loss just bz there was some problem in renewing the package which i had no idea at all. 3 weks ago i purchased and i got the message on admin panel that it will be renewed in 7 days... i was hoping but its all not done. Kindly take my admin login n get it done.. i tried a lot but nothing seems to be going in proper direction.

Send me a PM with your Password to the founders account and the username.

I will then log in and try for you and if this don't work then i will make a report to our head office.

PS the domain name may still be set up on your account but it will not show working until you have the package,

Have you tried to do it on a PC?  I notice you are using a mobile device.

Yes i tried with pc n mobile both. Nothing seems to be working

Yes finally my package is renewed, but coming to domain which is not available. If the package issue had been resolved earlier i would have got my domain also done. But unfortunately its not. Kindly get me the domain bz it was forumtion package issue which i am facing now.

@DadyKing I don't know if we can do something about it. Make sure you have 1200 credits available. I'm going to contact the head office in order to know if they can still renew your domain.

Do you have 1200 credits in your admin panel? Cause if not, thats why it is not work. Domain name renewals are not included in the price of the package, you must pay an additional 1200 credits to renew the domain itself.

The head office just replied. We still have control over the domain name. You must acquire the 1200 credits necessary for the domain renewal and we can get it back for you. However you need to add the 1200 credits as soon as possible to your forum.

Please let me know when you do that and we will quickly restore it.

Yes i have just looked in your ACP after you gave me the info by PM and see you only have 450 credits left you need to have 1200 please top up the credits then let us know then we can give you the address but you need to do this fast we will need to know so we can tell the head office and they will add it for you..
