Hello,

Have you activated SSL Certificate in admin panel? After it's installed you have to activate the certificate in ACP-->Miscellanous-->Summary and management-->Enabling SSL Certificate-->Forum Protocol-->Set to https and save.

Also be aware if there are any images or codes on the forum which are not stored on a host with https, you will still get the not secure label. Everything has to load in https in order to get the secure label.
