Missing credits

Hello, yesterday I bought 500 credits for €4,90. I paid vith my credit card via Skrill service. Transaction was done roughly 24 hours ago. I recieved email from Skrill where transaction was confrimed as successful. However, till now the credits were not added to my account. As your services suffered some serious problems yesterday I'm curious if the issue with credits can be linked with previous problems. Or should I wait further and credits will be added yet?

Hello,

It is highly possible it is linked to the issues of yesterday because a lot of the actions performed on our forums yesterday weren't saved due to the instablity of the servers yesterday.

If you send me a pm with the amount of credits purchased and a screenshot of your reciept I will make a ticket to have them mainly added.
