Re: Custom Domain LInk
What is the domain name you purchased? You did purchase this domain name through a third-party, correct?

Re: Custom Domain LInk
Hello,
Did you buy a package? Because if you didn't, your external custom domain name won't work.
Please read:

It can take up to 24hrs to link to your forum right but it is done most of the time within an hour or so.

Re: Custom Domain LInk
is this your new address ?
www.dragonforum.com if yes then it is working fine for me
if you have bookmarked it then it will still use your old address to log you on your forum you will need to clear your browsers data then it should be ok.

Re: Custom Domain LInk
its working when you get past the loading screen?
so all the links that have /forum /portal are working for you?

Re: Custom Domain LInk
it works on the loading page for me , but when I click enter it goes back to " http://dragonforum.forumotion.net/portal " instead of dragonforum.com/portal like it should
I ran ccleaner and tried using a diff browser, same thing.
Are you sure it is saying " dragonforum.com/portal " and not " Dragonforum.forumotion.net/portal "
After playing around a bit, I found that if I don't add " www. " to the front it will go back to the forumotion.net link
when will it start to replace the links when I do not add the " www. " to the front?
is there something I have to add to godaddy cname or something?
Once I had figured out that replacing the " Enter " link with the updated link, it seemed to have fixed it self, but theres a few areas that make it go back to default, I guess its just a matter of time before everything gets updated?
everything all of a suddenly seemed to have fixed itself.
