Can't disable Topic'it
Today I discovered that I'm unable to disable Topic'it. The options are there in the administration panel like they always have been but when I select "no" for everything and click "save" instead of saving the choices it loads to a blank page. I have to go back to my forum and back to the admin panel where the choices aren't saved.
What's wrong with the admin panel?
And is there an alternative way to disable topic'it?
If I can't I might have to delete this particular forum of mine.

Does this happen on all devices and browsers?

Re: Can't disable Topic'it
It does on all the ones I have available. I've tried on 3 different computers each with different operating systems, 2 phones, chrome, firefox, internet explorer, and 3 different wifi networks. I've tried hitting enter instead of actually clicking the "save" button, I've tried not changing any of the options saving both through "save" and the enter key. Regardless of what I use to access my forum or how I try to save the options I get a blank page and nothing actually saving.SLGray wrote:Does this happen on all devices and browsers?
Other settings seem to be working just fine. I can save widgets, character sheets, sharing options, etc. just fine. As far as I can tell it's just the Topic'it setting that aren't working.
I can use css to hide the Topic'It button, but that doesn't actually fix the problem. It basically just throws a blanket over it until this issue can be fixed.

Hi Admin / Support, I would like to ask about Topic'it . Why I can't see it in my admin panel? it supposed to be on the modules tab. Why is it not visible? is it my location has something to do? thanks in advance.

Hello,
The option has changed location. You will find it here: Administration Panel > Users & Groups > Users options > Topic'it Connect
