Description of problem

Hello Forum Admin Team,

I am not sure if you are all aware. The servers at Servimg do not seem to be in sync when I upload a photo or pic to use as icons for my "navibar". For example, if I want to upload a pic in the "Display Management" of my Risingstarclub-forum.com/Admin, I choose Upload a picture > a Pop-Up comes up choosing the pic under "Root Folder" > Grab the Servimg URL of that pic/photo > and then I hit "Save". The pic does not come up to represent my "User Group" Icon. The same behavior occurs if I use the same methods for "Publications" or "Search". Another way or method I use is choosing "See Examples" that takes me to my photo or pic library that is connected to "Servimg" viewing the pics I uploaded in a small window in the "Root" folder. If I choose the pic or photo I want to display as the "Usergroup" Icon, it will not "SAVE". I think there is a connection problem between your servers and theirs. Can you please investigate and if there is a sync / connection issue, please let me know how long resolution may take.

Have you tried reuploading the images to Servimg and getting a new image url to see if that solves the problem?

Dear @RS.Club-MGR

please note that you manually have to copy the link, paste it in the textarea of the icon you are referring to - and only in the end saving.
When you click on "Upload a picture" or "See examples" you are only given the possibility to directly upload from the same page/popup the image you need, but then you will manually have to copy/paste it in the field. Maybe that is the step you are missing.
