[Only topic] Forum is very slow to load

Hi My forum  http://dhwani.mytvsoapforum.com/ is facing some problems from mid morning (IST) ..The BBcode editor panel has disappeared and there is no editor panel plus it is taking very long time to load ... I tried Firefox, chrome as well as explorer n faced the same issues..please rectify ..

I am getting complaints from my members as well..

Hello. It appears that some colors in my forum don't work properly. The colors in the post seem to change as soon as you post. The green letters change to blue, the blue changed to red and the red changed to blue again.

Why is this happening?

Again with the...'Waiting for Illiweb'. to load the forum.  It seems Illiweb is the main culprit just about every time the forums are slow or won't load.

Like to report that my website and two that I am on are having issues with loading a chatbox. Strange thing is... some members are not having issues... Could it be a windows version thing?
I get a white chatbox on multiple browsers..

Yes still having occasionally intermittent problems with Illiweb. Why is is this the problem and what is wrong with it ?

We are also having some trouble. For some members, smilies and all editor functions have vanished. Also, illiweb loads but never loads fully. We use phpBB2.

Same problem here for the last 3 days; it did return to normal on Sunday for a very short while.

I think it's a bit unfair to blame people's browser settings, Javascript, cookies etc. when obviously the problem is with illiweb servers somewhere; probably overloaded or some other fault.

Makes your groups unusable; I do hope they are going to sort it soon.

The reply box for private messages got smaller and the smilie box and the editor panel has disappeared  and it is taking very long time to load

We're not blaming any browser settings, what we suggested(for instance, clearing browser's cache & cookies) was just a way to troubleshoot if the problem is coming on the servers or not. Thank you for understanding.

Note: The techs are already informed as Buttercup posted, she will post here if there are new updates about the problem. Thanks.

Now only the PM editor is faulty; the post editor is fixed.

My first time on the 'net today and I'm greeted with this email from one of my members (copy/pasted) - this is from the same member who waited weeks for the email notification to be sorted out.   It is becoming very annoying, please sort it out as soon as possible:


I still cant get into the forum.
When I do it very often wont let me reply to anything.
I don't know if it is the same for the others but I know they have had problems too.
I keep trying but its very frustrating to be sitting there for quite a while and still nothing coming up.
I will try again later.
Sometimes it will let me answer BUT its very touchy when I try to click on SEND and then it locks me out again.
 
It must be very annoying for you after all the hard work you put into it.
I hope to goodness something can be sorted out soon.

I've been sorta holding back from coming to you all.. But the situation is now making me go crazy xD..

Okay, let's get started here... When I click on the link, well to be more understandable... When I search up the site,  And click on it, it appears to load up very very veryyyyyyyyyyy slow... It was never like that.. Idk if it's something on you guys end.. But I thought, I'll be the bigger man to post here... I understand it's not my connection, due to me refunding my brand new comp for a new one, thinking it was my problem.. I even had techs come out to fix on my connection.. But it was nothing on my end.. I understand you all is busy, But under these circumstances.. I'm almost fed up... If you all could help me get back running good.. It'll be awesome... (Note I was told it was something about you all going into spurts for activity?? Perhaps that could be a problem idk) As long as you all help me with my problem...   

Also the cbox shows white, when black after you refresh.. (But, also note, that it never pops up) You'll be a lucky son of gun... Some on the site is not having the problems that I'm having tho... Idk why but meh... Some say that they had it.. But it went away o.o perhaps it's just me.. But you all could probs work some magic for me...

But also! If anything can't be done. I fully understand.. I can just wait till this situation is done or whatever....

I know things are already reported and the tech team is aware but I came across a weird glitch now. Not only is it take ages to load but a recent topics widgit on my forum appears to be frozen in place once my site loads. I click on a topic and nothing happens. It remains in static place. I guess I should chalk this up to the known issues?

Apparently it's all the same issues my friend was having. His bbccode/formatting options were gone, the post reply/pm box would shrink, The site would load slow, the widget wouldn't move. They were all things he experienced but several of us didn't. It's fine for him now but not for the others including myself lol. It's like it reversed on us. At least tech support knows and is trying to fix it.

We have a new problem: despite having ticked "No" we are receiving private message notifications via email. (We use phpBB2.)
