Description of problem

Hello! I am founder on my forum and I unfortunately use last backup. In case I lost my last progress on my forum and we, I and one another member don't have access to my forum. It is possible to restore last progress, we changed theme, categories and access to forum? I need a new password and reset ban. Please help.

As for the attempts exceeded timer, I am afraid you will just have to wait the 90 minutes as there is no way to over ride it. You will automatically be allowed to try again when 90 minutes is up.
